sometimes the police will control it,
it similar with pattaya,
normally in pattaya beach, there are many foreigner female to sale,
but recently all police go to catch all prostitute,
I thinks this is the same in bangkok.
but the problem is that,
the prostitute ONLY can penlty by law with 1000 baht,
so no one care.
after they get release and free again,
the will go to sale again,
bcs they do not have enough money to survive in the city,
Or they wanna more money to spend.
that is the fact what happened in Thailand now.
the poor make prostitue cannot stop.
